Plot Summary: Feeling pressured to become more sexually experienced before she goes to college, Brandy Clark makes a list of things to accomplish before hitting campus in the fall.

When we saw the cast list for The To Do List, we were very excited. We are big fans of several of the actors from the movie, and we were extremely optimistic that they could make a great movie. We were not the least bit disappointed.

What We Liked:

It was a great comedy. All of the characters were funny, and the writing was fantastic. Also, the 90’s was a decade that was just dying to be picked on. The music, the fashion, and the accessories only made every moment of the film more hilarious. We laughed throughout the entire movie.

While it was an R rated sex comedy, it was not full of nudity and did not rely too heavily on cursing to deliver laughs. While we would not suggest that you watch this movie with your parents or young children, it was definitely more funny than raunchy.

The cast was very impressive. As previously stated, all of the characters were great, but Clark Gregg just keeps getting better with every movie we see him in. There were several cameos that were fantastic as well.

What We Didn’t Like:

There were a few, and we do mean few, scenes that, while funny, felt tacked on and didn’t really add anything to the plot.

Summary

We loved The To Do List. It was a great, hilarious movie with an all-star cast. It is definitely worth seeing in the theater, and we look forward to seeing it again.
