Cynthia Addai-Robinson, best known for her role as Naevia in Starz's Spartacus, has been cast as Amanda Waller in Season 2 of Arrow.  Addai-Robinson joins another Spartacus alumnus, Manu Bennett, who is playing Slade Wilson.

Amanda Waller known in DC Comics for running the Suicide Squad and currently Advanced Research Group Uniting Super-Heroes (A.R.G.U.S.).  In Season 2 of Arrow, A.R.G.U.S. is said to be used to introduce The Flash to the series.

Arrow returns to TV on Wednesday October 9, 2013 at 8/7c on The CW.
