British actor Charlie Cox has won the role of Matt Murdock/Daredevil for Marvel's Netflix TV Show Daredevil.

Cox is best known for starring opposite Claire Danes in Stardust and appearing in multiple episodes of HBO’s Boardwalk Empire.

Production on Daredevil is scheduled to start Summer 2014 with a targeted release of 2015.
