Taye Diggs has joined the season six cast of The Good Wife as a recurring guest.

The Good Wife is a show known for it’s fantastic guest appearances and Taye Diggs looks to be the latest to join that list.

Diggs will appear in multiple episodes as Dean Levine-Wilkins, a talented equity partner at Lockhart/Gardner who decides to join Diane Lockhart (Christine Baranski) at Florrick/Agos, the firm run by Alicia (Julianna Margulies) and Cary (Matt Czuchry).

“We couldn’t be more excited to have Taye on the show,” said Robert and Michelle King, executive producers and showrunners of the drama. “We’ve been huge fans for years, and love his ability to play comedy and drama with equal ease.”

Diggs can currently be seen in TNT’s summer crime drama “Murder in the First.” His other television credits include “Private Practice,” “Day Break” and “Will & Grace.”

The Good Wife will return to CBS on September 21, 2014 at 9 PM.
