[Video Game News] ‘Mortal Kombat X’ gets Release Date and Goro as Pre-Order Exclusive
Mortal Kombat X will be released on April 14, 2015 and for those that pre-order they will get the exclusive character Goro.
I haven’t played a Mortal Kombat game in some time but this latest game looks amazing! From the gameplay footage shown at E3 2014 to all the characters being announced and other trailers, I’m actually a little excited for this game.
With more and more gamers going digital opposed to buying the disc version of games, I’m sure this latest news of Goro being an exclusive pre-order character will only add to those that will pre-order this game.
NetherRealm Studios’ fighting game Mortal Kombat X will be released Apr. 14, 2015 in North America, publisher Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment announced today. The game will see the return of the four-armed warrior Goro, who’s being restricted to pre-orders as an exclusive character.
Goro was last playable in 2006’s Mortal Kombat: Armageddon. The fighter, who first appeared in the original Mortal Kombat as a non-playable character, joins returning combatants Raiden, Sub-Zero, Scorpion and Kano, as well as newcomers Cassie Cage, D’Vorah, Ferra/Torr and Kotal Khan.
Mortal Kombat X is coming to PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
I mean who still doesn’t get excited about playing Goro? Remember that old old Mortal Kombat movie from 1995? Ah nostalgia…
