I am shocked. Why are Marvel Studios and Disney so committed to failure….because I was told nobody liked Captain Marvel.

I was told by the REAL comic book movie fans that Marvel Studios’ Captain Marvel, that ended its box office run with a total gross of $1,128,274,794 per Box Office Mojo, was a failure.

I was told by the REAL comic book movie fans that Captain Marvel wasn’t popular despite it making over a billion dollars and being one of the most popular Halloween costumes for 2019 per Entertainment Weekly.

I was told by the REAL fans that due to its vastly unpopular status that no one would be buying Captain Marvel on Blu Ray despite it making $66,359,003 in Blu Ray sales.

I was told by the REAL fans that Disney had lost confidence in Brie Larson because she’s a bad actor despite her being 2016’s Academy Award Winner for Best Actress.

I guess those “real” fans were wrong. Very very wrong. Very very very very wrong. Very very very ver-

Anyway, I’m excited really excited about this. Higher, further, faster.

Disney has officially launched development of a “Captain Marvel” sequel.

The studio is in final negotiations with Megan McDonnell, a staff writer on Marvel-based series “WandaVision” on the project. The 2019 blockbuster “Captain Marvel” starred Brie Larson as Carol Danvers and grossed $1.13 billion worldwide.

Disney and Marvel have not yet set a release date or announced a title for the “Captain Marvel” sequel.
