*Update*  This rumor has pretty much fallen flat save some late casting announcement.

Rumor has it that Benedict Cumberbatch may become a part of the highly anticipated seventh Star Wars movie, due to be released in 2015.  His withdrawal from Guillermo del Toro's horror movie Crimson Peak a month ago has caused speculation that he was freeing time to join JJ Abrams once again for the Episode VII project.
